Dr. Joseph Gambardella is a nationally recognized leader in functional, regenerative, and anti-aging medicine with more than two decades of clinical and educational experience. His mission is straightforward: identify the root cause, apply evidence-based regenerative strategies, and deliver measurable, lasting outcomes.

Holding dual Fellowships in Stem Cell Therapy and Functional Medicine, Dr. Gambardella integrates systems biology, advanced diagnostics, and precision therapeutics to address inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, hormone imbalance, chronic pain, and age-related decline. He is certified in peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and non-surgical spinal decompression, and is double board-certified by the International Medical Advisory Board on Spinal Decompression.

As the founder of Advanced Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation of Miami and Jupiter Disc Center, he leads multidisciplinary clinics that combine functional medicine, regenerative orthobiologics, and advanced mechanical therapies to restore vitality and performance without unnecessary surgery or long-term medication dependence. His work focuses on restoring physiology, not masking symptoms.

Dr. Gambardella is also the founder of Regenerative Medical Academy, where he trains healthcare professionals globally in advanced regenerative protocols, including allograft cell therapy, PRP, A2M, peptides, ozone therapy, and exosome-based strategies. He believes the future of medicine is regenerative, data-driven, and outcomes-focused — and that education is the catalyst for that evolution.

A graduate of Villanova University and Life University College of Chiropractic, Dr. Gambardella completed extensive post-doctorate training in sports medicine, rehabilitation, neuromuscular therapy, and degenerative disc disorders. His clinical background includes serving as an assistant physician for the University of Miami football team and team physician for the FIU women’s sand volleyball program, supporting elite athletes in performance optimization and recovery.
